Puzzle Room Escape brings the hottest event and team-building activity of today to your event and venue. Our escape rooms are immersive, challenging entertainment experiences that use the minds of your co-players to "escape" from a room based on fun storylines before time expires.

We bring fully decked-out high-tech escape rooms with pipe, draping or banners that replicate the interior of the escape room theme, props, décor, special effects, music, cool triggering locking devices and a game manager who portrays a character from the storyline.

All we need from you is at least 300sf of space (any room, space, area), up to 6 tables and one TV is available. Games are adjusted by age – ADULTS, KIDS, TEENS and or FAMILY STYLE.

Our room-in-a-room Set Up:

We start with pipe and graphic designed drapes or banners that replicate the interior of the escape room theme to square off a room or space with our clients’ tables inside
Then there are all the CLUES, DEVICES, BOXES, GRAPHICS, etc. for our challenging games. These can be customized to your event.
Added are PROPS, SPECIAL EFFECTS, MUSIC and an IN-GAME MANAGER who is also a character as part of the theme
We have both traditional locks and computer-based INTERACTIVE TRIGGERING DEVICES that when the correct sequences are entered will trigger a lock, unit, box or device to pop open with more clues

What we need from you:

Appx. 6 tables similar to 5’ rectangular tables or equivalent tabletop space
If available, one TV with HDMI connection
Outlets for 2 power strips and one table
For best value for our Client Assistant program, we need some of your staffing for set up, break down and one person to be the game manager for the 2nd room
Please allow 2 hours for set up for one room or at least 3 for two rooms
Allow for up to 15 minutes between games to reset the room

Fundraising opportunities
Play at conventions, schools, camps, offices, homes, hotels, rec centers, HOA clubhouses, etc.

Pricing: We are based out of Tampa Bay and travel throughout Florida. Most bookings for larger groups of 60 plus are at least half to 1/3rd the price of a going to a brick and mortar. The more players you have, the better the value

Outside the Tampa/Orlando areas we offer travel discounts if we can book you a day before or after another area event. Travel discounts are more frequent in South Florida due to our larger number of bookings in that area (since we started there as a brick and mortar)

For multiple rooms, our client assisted program also offers you exceptional value.

We do offer HOME PARTIES for groups of about 20-30 players (avg. of 3 hours and 3 games) in limited areas or booked adjacent to another area booking

*Most games are suitable for ages 8 and over and adjusted by age group. We do offer games for children as young as 5 to 7 years with certain limitations.

About Us

Puzzle Room Escape first location was at the Casino in Dania Beach, Florida. However, during construction Steve Kallens had a minor injury that turned into a 2-year nightmare with botched surgeries. He had to close and relocated to Tampa to recover.

Able to walk again, Steve reimagined the business as a mobile pop up, with games set up in any room or space at about any venue.

Puzzle Room travels over most of Florida entertaining as many as 700 players. We bring all the high tech devices, fun and excitement to your location at a fraction of going to a brick and mortar escape room.

Steve is a native of Baltimore and former marketing executive in the sports and gaming industry.
